Maintenance Program

The Maintenance Department actively performs daily, monthly and annual basis maintenance and repair for our tenants. The department is mainly centered on preventative maintenance and tenant requested work orders primarily in the following areas such as electrical, plumbing, pest control, and construction.

Below, is a list of repairs and services our Maintenance Department is certified to perform.

Maintenance Work Order

If you are experiencing an issue at your residence that qualifies under our covered services, you must call CIHAD at 928-627-8863. You can call at any time of the day including weekends and one of our staff members will be available to submit a work order for you.

When you call in to CIHAD to submit a work order, you must have the following information ready in advance.

Grant Permission to Enter the Premises/Home

At this point, your work order will be submitted to a Maintenance Technician. Based on the issue reported, our turn around time can take up to 24 hours.
